The Gillam Foundation only uses the personal information contained in your scholarship application to administer and publicize their scholarship program. We never use your personal information for any purpose outside the scholarship program. We may share your personal information with the Gillam Foundation Scholarship Program administrators and scholarship review committee. In addition, we may verify the information reported in individual student scholarship applications with the organizations listed on the application, including but not limited to high school, college/university, school and community activities, The College Board, and the Free Applicaiton for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). If selected as a recipient of the Gillam Foundation Scholarship Program, we may include your name, photo, essay, college/university, high school, hometown and graduation year in our publicity materials, including but not limited to the internet. Financial information provided on the scholarship application is kept strictly confidential.
